The Story.
Innovator(s)
Trozzolo Communications Group is a marketing agency dedicated to serving their clients with any problems they have in the real world. They bring value to any community by setting a goal to solve every client's problem.
Problem
Dots Pretzels is Trozzolo's client and they are struggling to expose tailgaters to Dots Pretzels. This causes a lack of interest in buying Dots Pretzels for a tailgate, which is why Dots Pretzels is asking Trozzolo to solve the issue of exposure within the tailgating community.
Solution
Trozzolo's team came up with a solution involving two parts. Part One would be having Dots Enthusiasts go to tailgates with sampling bins to inform more people about Dots. Part Two would be using Instagram and Facebook to attract tailgaters who are unable to attend tailgates with Dots enthusiasts. This would promote and build excitement for Dots at a tailgate.
Target Market
The Trozzolo team is specifically targeting Millennial tailgaters who are not aware of Dots Pretzels. This would allow the promotion of Dots pretzels and an increase in purchases at tailgates.
Societal Impact
This campaign allows for the Dots Pretzels company to grow, and expand its reach into tailgating. It positively impacts people's tailgating experience and can change both the Dots Pretzels community and the tailgating community.
Next Steps
The crucial part of this idea is the budget for implementing it with the public. The next steps would include the money in order to meet the needs for the campaign.
Reflection
This work has positively impacted my thought process and intelligence. From this experience, I have not only grown as a person, but I have watched my team members grow with me. We have all developed several important characteristics that we will continue to use for the rest of our lives. Teamwork, determination, and kindness have been the traits that we have gained through this work.
Use of Backer Contributions
We are not currently accepting contributions from our voters. This pitch is part of the ProX competition for $5,000. The Trozzolo team will use the funding for the supplies needed during the in-person events, and the promotional events including the paid ads on Instagram and Facebook.
