The Story.
Innovator(s)
ArtsTech is a public/private collaborative venture that offers young people and the community an opportunity to advance their artistic and technological skills in an entrepreneurial business environment.
Problem
How do we attract the 18 and under crowd to 18th & Vine?
Solution
An interactive museum that will serve to educate and inform our youth of current as well as past achievements of African-Americans. The museum will also serving as an information center for youth in Kansas City.
Target Market
The target market is youth 18 and under.
Societal Impact
This solution will connect the past and present, giving our youth a vision for their futures. It will also act as a current events calendar and an information hub.
Next Steps
Our idea will need to be seen by someone with vision and passion for youth. Someone who can reach local investors and the people or entities that can grow public interest.
Reflection
This work has made us more aware of how the professional world works.
Use of Backer Contributions
We are not currently accepting contributions from our voters. This pitch is part of the ProX competition for $5,000. We will use the funding to move forward with building this interactive museum.
