The Story.

Innovator(s)

The problem is that CBIZ lacks recognition amongst Gen-Z workers and students. This is a problem because CBIZ wants to attract talented young workers, but have a hard time doing so because of the lack of understanding of what they do and who they are. Our solution is the creation of a scholarship, that will be promoted towards high-achieving high school seniors and college freshman, that comes with a summer internship. This scholarship will be rigorous and coveted, and will hopefully attract some of the most talented students in the KC Metro. The money offered will initially attract them to CBIZ, while the internship will showcase CBIZ’s more intangible aspects like flexibility and environment, which will make them more likely to return to the company after graduation. Our audience is high school seniors and college freshmen. Next steps are creating a scholarship fund and fliers promoting the program.
