The Story.

Innovator(s)

The goal is to evaluate the effectiveness of KU’s International Affairs social media content to 16 to 21-year-old students and develop a social media plan for how to best reach this audience. Through our marketing efforts, the aim is to increase the number of international students who attend KU, as well as the number of U.S. students who attend KU, as well as the number of U.S. students who travel abroad and engage with KU’s global programs. Our solution includes a thorough social media plan that states and explain what type of content will receive the most engagement for this targeted audience. The next steps would be to create a prototype of social media content for various types of social media platforms that can be used as an informational source for 16 to 21-year-old students.
