The Story.

Innovator(s)

The problem that we face is that the Laya Center is wanting to be more involved With the community by helping to support our local youth. Anxiety and depression are at an all-time high in young adults and teenagers Diagnoses of depression among the same age group have jumped from 4.1% in 2012 to 14.1% in 2021. Anxiety diagnoses have spiked even more significantly, from 8.1% to 25.6% over the same period. and just happens the Laya Center Promotes Physical and Emotional wellness. Our solution is to start with the youth and prevent it early on, through therapeutic massage, herbal supplements, and positive self-affirmation, We are working on connecting with the youth through school visits and getting out more with the community through local markets and pop-up events. The next step moving forward is to find partnerships willing to help eradicate this growing epidemic of Anxiety and Depression
