The library team. This is an organization that helps young children nature their talents and gives children the opportunity to use their talents to make a profit. It is transparent, innovative and educative and does not discriminate against race or disabilities or culture or religion. The library gives vulnerable children learning opportunities and capacity to continue education no matter the circumstances. The library also helps disadvantaged or discriminated or abused children share their stories and fight for their rights.
Problem
The fashion industry in Zambia is facing quite the problem due to the over pricing of clothes and people do feel discouraged to buy over priced clothing. Hence its a industrial problem but it also affects society as the basic need of good clothing in a way is also affected.
Solution
To reduce on how much people will spend on clothing as well as provide them with Trendy clothing
Target Market
The targets are women of ages 25-60yrs, because women are mostly the ones who love a lot to do with fashion trends of today. But with time the target range will change .
Societal Impact
Due to the covid-19 pandemic the cost of living is quite expensive so the social impact of my pitch is that, it will provide people with affordable and fashionable local clothing.
Next Steps
For this idea to move forward the requirements are; and electrical sewing machine ($78), chitenge material (local material ($43) thread($13) smaller expenses (transport, electricity e.t.c) ($69)
Reflection
It was tricky finding out a number of this information because I had to look at the statistics and facts on my own but it was good to know that I had an opportunity once I was able to figure out what I was going to bring out from the situation and knowing that I can have an impact to this problem in society once I sat down and reflected on the problem.
